Description

Robert Half Legal is working with an established civil litigation firm based in Los Angeles to find a strong Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is 5 days on site and can start immediately.

Responsibilities

+ Supporting a 3:1 litigation desk

+ State e-filing

+ Litigation Calendaring

+ Format and proofread legal documents

+ Provide administrative support to attorneys

Details

+ Full time 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday

+ 5 days on site in West Los Angeles

+ Contract, with the possibility of converting to a direct hire
