    What You'll Do:

    As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be an integral member of the finance team ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all AP processes. Daily responsibilities include:

     

    + Processing a high volume of invoices with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.

    + Reviewing, coding, and verifying invoices according to company policies.

    + Managing vendor relations, including communications, payment status inquiries, and dispute resolution.

    + Handling expense reports, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely payments.

    + Reconciling accounts payable transactions and maintaining compliance with internal controls.

    + Assisting with month-end closing by preparing reports and journal entries related to AP.

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial function; experience in private equity or financial services is highly preferred.

    + Proficiency in ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

    + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.

    + A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
