Description

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a respected auto consumer warranty firm in Westwood to find a highly skilled Paralegal. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience in plaintiff-side litigation who are seeking to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and organize legal documents, including complaints, discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, and other filings.

+ Conduct legal research and summarize key findings for attorneys.

+ Manage case files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with court deadlines.

+ Coordinate trial preparation, including witness scheduling, evidence organization, and exhibit preparation.

+ Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document needs.

+ Proactively track filing deadlines and assist attorneys during settlement negotiations.

+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience on the plaintiff side

+ Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems.

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

+ Effective written and oral communication abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred but not required.
