Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. The role requires working in-office, with no remote option, and involves regular business hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and thorough assistance to customers throughout the ordering process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reprints and returns.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of tools and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and experiences.
• Escalate customer concerns and feedback to management or relevant teams when necessary to support resolution and process improvement.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups as required.
• Adhere to established departmental procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement strategies.
• Address challenges and disputes effectively, negotiating solutions that uphold customer satisfaction and company standards.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support customer service operations.
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of responsibilities. Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in wholesale distribution or related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and systems.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and other PC-based applications.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and building positive relationships.
• Capability to manage time effectively and handle competing demands.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
