    Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a fast-paced and collaborative team in Louisville, KY.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Process customer payments and maintain accurate A/R records

    + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

    + Generate invoices and ensure timely billing cycles

    + Prepare and distribute aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

    + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data

    + Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
