Description We are looking for an S125 Service Associate to provide exceptional customer support for Paychex products in the S125 Client Service Center. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve claims issues, and ensure a positive experience by adhering to established policies and procedures. This is a long-term contract position based in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from employees and participants of Paychex Insurance Agency clients, both active and terminated.

• Assist client plan administrators by addressing their inquiries and providing clear solutions.

• Educate customers on S125 products, company policies, and applicable guidelines or regulations.

• Escalate complex issues or documentation to appropriate internal teams for resolution.

• Develop a foundational understanding of Paychex products to better assist clients.

• Utilize various systems and software platforms, including Salesforce and Adobe Flex, to manage customer interactions effectively.

• Maintain accurate records by documenting all interactions and performing data entry tasks.

• Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure efficient handling of claims and customer requests.

• Provide guidance on employee benefits, health insurance, and claims processes when necessary. Requirements • Associate’s degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in client or customer service.

• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens.

• Prior experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or claims administration is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

• Familiarity with contact center tools, including Salesforce, is advantageous.
