    Description

    Overview: We are partnering with a growing national retail brand embarking on an exciting expansion of their direct-to-consumer operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exclusive, remote-first team supporting a major brand’s growth initiative. Strong performers in this pilot may have opportunities to support additional departments as the program evolves.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide timely and professional customer service and sales support to affiliate retail teams

    + Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience

    + Assist retail staff with product information, order processing, issue resolution, and general support needs

    + Document interactions accurately in internal systems

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve concerns as needed

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and retail processes

    + Deliver on performance metrics related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1–2+ years of experience in sales support, retail support, or customer service roles

    + Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

    + Ability to thrive in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks independently

    + Experience using CRM or helpdesk platforms is a plus
