    Description

    We are in the hunting/ outdoor sports industry and are currently in search of a Full Stack Developer to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role involves maintaining our software ecosystem and playing a significant part in its development. The successful individual will be responsible for server-side technologies, database design, system integration, and performance optimization. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment.

     

    Full-Stack developers build and maintain the functionality of websites and applications by writing code that runs on servers. They focus on performance, security, and data management, working behind the scenes to ensure the back-end systems integrate seamlessly with front-end environments created using modern technologies like React and JavaScript.

    Responsibilities:

    + Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with languages such as C#, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, and React. Ensure proper back-end integration to achieve seamless front-end user experiences.

    + Design: Develop and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

    + Integrate: Implement and maintain connectivity with third-party services, including payment gateways, authentication services, and APIs.

    + Optimize: Analyze and resolve bottlenecks in performance by tuning queries, server configurations, and codebase efficiency.

    + Secure: Integrate security measures such as authentication, authorization mechanisms, and advanced data encryption.

    + Collaborate: Work closely with front-end developers building interfaces in React and JavaScript, product managers, and testers to develop responsive and high-performing websites or apps.

    Position Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

    + 10- years of relevant experience in back-end and front-end development.

    Requirements

    Software/Programming Languages:

    + Back-End: C#, .NET, PHP, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, AWS services.

    + Front-End: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.

    + Other Tools and Frameworks: Git, JWT, ASP.NET Core, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD.

    + Note: Experience with porting legacy code into modern languages like Go is desirable
