Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Barbara, California. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and extensive experience in property management and financial operations. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth handling of administrative and accounting tasks related to property management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily property administration tasks, including billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee budget processes, track expenses, and prepare reports for management review.
• Coordinate with financial services platforms, such as ADP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Support CRM activities to maintain strong tenant relationships and address any concerns promptly.
• Monitor and manage property-related accounting functions, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with the management team to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing functions, addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Provide administrative support for property-related projects and initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Requirements • Proven experience with accounting software systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Familiarity with financial services platforms such as ADP.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and billing functions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools to manage tenant relationships effectively.
• Solid understanding of budget processes and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required.
