Description

Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for a Senior Client Service Associate at a well-established wealth advisory firm. This is a full-time permanent role based in Palo Alto with a Hybrid flexible schedule.

The fast growing firm serves high-net-worth clients—including tech executives and entrepreneurs—offering tailored planning and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain client relationships by anticipating needs and offering tailored solutions

+ Lead client onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional experience

+ Coordinate with external partners (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to support client goals

+ Assist in planning around equity comp, philanthropy, estate strategies, and more

+ Provide support for portfolio analysis and client communications

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

+ 2–4 years in wealth management, in an RIA, brokerage, or family office

+ Familiarity with Fidelity and Schwab platforms preferred

+ Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, or planning software is a plus
