Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in North Haven, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing data reports to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data visualization, business intelligence tools, and data analysis techniques to drive meaningful insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data reports and dashboards using advanced business intelligence tools.

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

• Utilize tools like Apache Spark and BusinessObjects to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify and address areas for improvement in reporting processes.

• Implement AB testing methodologies to evaluate and refine data-driven strategies.

• Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.

• Maintain and optimize data models using tools such as Erwin Data.

• Ensure the integrity and security of data within reporting systems.

• Provide ongoing support and training for stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics tools. Requirements • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools, including Apache Spark and BusinessObjects Technologies.

• Strong experience with Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration.

• Hands-on expertise in data modeling using tools like Erwin Data.

• Solid understanding of AB testing methodologies and their application in analytics.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their use in project environments.

• Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis and develop actionable solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business intelligence.
