The Boeing Company** is seeking **Manufacturing Planners** to support our Interiors Reliability Center in **North Charleston, SC (Ladson, SC).

The IRCSC is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level and Senior Manufacturing Planners.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

+ Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.

+ Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

+ Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.

+ Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.

+ Manages tools from initial design to end of use disposition.

+ Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues.

+ Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.

+ Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.

+ Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.

+ Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

+ 2 or more years’ of experience in working in a manufacturing environment and understanding and integrating engineering intent and requirements.

+ Experienced problem solver with knowledge of aircraft structure, interior commodities, and/or systems.

+ Comfortable and knowledgeable working in a shop floor or ship side support, rapid reaction force role to support the interior parts and assembly or aircraft build.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 2 or more years’ of experience in production planning, owning value stream build plans, and understanding engineering intent and requirements.

+ 2 or more years’ of experience writing parts build or aircraft work instructions utilizing People, Parts, Processes, Tools and Designs to complete a cohesive, correct and complete build plan and experience in running improvement projects in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Environment.

+ 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 787 build plan and Production structures, electrical or interiors installations or flight line experience is a plus.

+ Knowledge and use of 787 Aircraft systems (i.e. ENOVIA, DELMIA, CMES, ADPP, ETAC, IVT, CATIA, FTIC, REDARs and Boeing Change Process).

+ Works independently and competently with little direction and supervision on daily tasks.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Associate Level: $56,100- $75,900

Mid-Level: $65,450- $88,550

Senior Level: $76,500- $103,500
