    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity onsite in Homestead, PA to support our operations team with data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking two candidates to split the shifts up, it is part time Monday - Sunday, 4pm - 7pm only. 3 hours a day, the days can be split up. Pay depending on experience: $18-20.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain and update client records, accounts, and payment statuses

     

    Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and payments

     

    Assist with tracking and follow-ups

     

    Generate reports for internal departments and assist in month-end closing

     

    Ensure all data entry is completed with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

     

    Support general administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred

     

    1–2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)

     

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

     

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

     

    Good written and verbal communication skills

     

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative support or similar role.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with a detail-oriented approach.

    • Experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
