    Description

This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to improving processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct routine quality checks and audits on processes, tools, and workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

    + Identify quality gaps and recommend actionable solutions to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

    + Compile detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present them to the relevant teams and leadership.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and support training efforts.

    + Analyze feedback received from customers via calls, emails, or surveys and facilitate follow-ups as necessary.

    + Ensure that company standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements are consistently met.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related role is preferred.

    + Proven experience performing PH testing and litmus testing as part of product or process quality checks.

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with QA tools or software is a plus.

    + Familiarity with Robert Half’s Quality Assurance Program is a bonus but not required.

    + High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
