Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master, work closely with Developers and work on web based

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED:

* IOWA RESIDENT !

* Experience gathering business and technical requirements on complex technical and software / Web Applications development projects.

* Agile Project development experience

* Strong analytical skills !

* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WEB APPLICATIONS AND THE ABILITY TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS LIKE A PSEUDO PRODUCT MANAGER, ON WHAT THE BUSINESS IS LOOKING FOR!

* Experience working with Web applications AND / OR Web APi’s !!! AND

* Scrum Master experience is a plus: light experience leading Stand-Ups, Kick-Off’s, Deliverables, & Retroactives !

* Some experience managing / coordinating projects.

* Experience working on projects during full software development life cycle.

* Experience working with Developers AND making suggestions on projects and applications.

* Experience working with JIRA, Confluence,

* Demonstrated understanding of the testing process and the ability to write test plans is a plus!

* Ability to become a SME on the business and Web applications.
