It’s an exciting opportunity for an individual to take the lead in sales for a well-established, growing team.

    Hours and Benefits for the Account Executive, Employee Benefits:

    + $70,000 - $75,000 annual salary plus bonus incentives ($100,000 plus first year total compensation)

    + Hybrid role (2-3 days/week remote)

    + Fully remote potential based on location within NYS

    + 3 Weeks’ Vacation plus 12 paid holidays, 3 personal days and 12 sick days

    + 80% Employer Paid Medical, Dental and Vision benefits

    + Up to 10% Employer contributions to 401(k)

    Responsibilities for the Account Executive, Employee Benefits:

    + Lead new business development through networking, prospecting, industry events, and strategic outreach

    + Build and manage relationships with C-Suite and key decision-makers to promote full suite of services, including group medical, dental, disability, life/AD&D, and voluntary/ancillary benefits

    + Partner with national brokers on joint pursuit of large prospects and focus on securing both large and community-rated groups

    Requirements for the Account Executive, Employee Benefits:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of employee benefits experience

    + Current NYS Life and Health license required

    + Property & Casualty license preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

    + Travel within New York State and occasional overnight stays
