    Are you passionate about supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process? Robert Half is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a remote contract position with hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET). This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team while learning and growing in the field of talent acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment Coordination:

    + Administer the Talent Acquisition process for employees at site locations.

    + Schedule and coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and related expenses.

    + Manage advertisements and outreach via outside agencies, schools, and other platforms.

    + Track and maintain documentation for employee referral programs at the site level.

    New Hire Support:

    + Conduct and enhance New Employee Orientation sessions, providing an overview of company history, policies, and procedures.

    + Process payroll adjustments for new employees.

    + Ensure compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) outreach documentation.

    Onboarding Assistance:

    + Attend job/career fairs as necessary.

    + Process background checks.

    + Prepare new hire orientation folders and documentation for electronic filing.

    + Handle onboarding paperwork and process required forms (e.g., E-Verify program).

    + Send new hire lists to the training team for orientation preparation.

    Administrative Support:

    + Maintain confidentiality while addressing basic employee needs or directing them to the appropriate contact.

    + Coordinate intern academy programs for summer interns.

    Requirements

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is a plus.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems is preferred.

    + Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and navigating compliance requirements.

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

    Hours and Work Arrangement:

    This is a remote contract position with working hours scheduled from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
