Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Venice, Florida. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and casual environment with a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Calculate and manage sales tax filings across multiple entities.

• Track and update credit card charges using suspense reports within QuickBooks.

• Maintain loan spreadsheets and ensure timely updates to financial records.

• Process owner payments and oversee financial aspects of various projects.

• Generate and analyze reports for affiliated companies using QuickBooks.

• Conduct annual QuickBooks clean-up and ensure consistent data accuracy.

• Handle filing and provide basic administrative support as needed.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Familiarity with sales tax calculations and filings.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to create and analyze financial reports effectively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Experience managing financial records and reconciliations with accuracy.
