Description We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic and team-oriented company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service, data entry, and office administration, coupled with excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional support to customers during the account signup process, including general account inquiries, payment status updates, and troubleshooting access to online systems.
• Maintain and update customer account records through both incoming requests and proactive outreach to existing clients.
• Deliver accurate billing and account information upon request and generate service reports for the company's suite of products.
• Process and manage customer-provided data using SharePoint and other relevant technologies.
• Assist customers in fully utilizing the company’s range of products and services.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to achieve collective goals. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of progressive experience in a related field requiring attention to detail.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customer service and office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software.
• A results-driven personality with a strong work ethic and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and work in a tech-savvy environment.
