Description We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in organizing and ensuring the smooth execution of small to medium-sized meetings, conferences, and events. This is a long-term contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a meticulous and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute event setups, including moving furniture and equipment as needed.

• Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure their event requirements are met effectively.

• Perform daily building inspections to maintain a well-maintained and welcoming environment.

• Manage work orders efficiently using the designated system to track and complete tasks.

• Collaborate with team members and the onsite manager to ensure seamless event operations.

• Maintain strong communication with clients to provide excellent customer service.

• Organize and prioritize multiple event tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.

• Ensure that all equipment and furniture are in proper condition and ready for use.

• Uphold a high standard of conduct while working in a Class A building.

• Independently handle tasks while adhering to company protocols and standards. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with technology and experience using work order systems.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• A demeanor suitable for a corporate environment.
