    Robert Half has partnered within the education industry in Portland, OR to help identify a skilled Legal Assistant or Administrator who is ready jump in and make an immediate impact. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee various aspects of contracts management, insurance tracking, and administrative coordination within the education industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their organizational skills and legal expertise to ensure smooth and efficient contract workflows.

     

    Pay Rate: $24-30 per hour

     

    Duration: 6+ months, potential for contract to hire for the right fit!

     

    Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage the administration and tracking of contracts, ensuring compliance with established processes.

    + Draft and edit agreements, amendments, addenda, and purchase orders using provided templates.

    + Monitor and oversee insurance renewals, ensuring timely updates and compliance.

    + Track vehicles and property assets for insurance purposes, ensuring accurate records.

    + Maintain incident reports and workflows, ensuring efficient resolution and documentation.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

    Requirements

    + 2+ YOE in contracts administration, legal assistance, or a related field.

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

    + Knowledge of insurance processes, including renewals and asset tracking.

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

     

    The salary range for this position is $24-30/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
