Upcoming Summer Opportunity Alert

Robert Half is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a well-respected Medical Center within the Quad Cities for this contract engagement. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the Director of First Impressions, positively impacting patients as they walk through the doors.

We are seeking friendly candidates with an eye for detail and strong communication skills. This position will be covering a maternity leave, expected to begin mid-June and span approximately 12 weeks.

This position is up to 40 hours a week, shift lying within the 6am to 2:30pm timeframe, with some flexibility in start time.

Day to day duties include:

-Greeting and checking in patients

-Confirming patient information and registration in the system

-Reviewing insurance information

-Accepting payments

-Answering and transferring calls to the appropriate destination

Requirements

Requirements include:

-Knowledge or experience working with confidential information

-Prior experience in medical setting is ideal but not required

-Experience within a receptionist seat

-Experience answering a multi-line phone system

-Experience scheduling patients would make you stand out
