A well-established, midsize firm located in Portland is seeking a Family Law Paralegal/Sr. Family Law Paralegal to join its team. Key Responsibilities include:

+ Managing family law matters, including high asset cases.

+ Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, declarations, subpoenas, and trial notebooks.

+ Assisting clients with legal documentation and procedural compliance.

+ Supporting attorneys during trial preparation and collaborating with other teams.

+ Providing mentorship and support to junior paralegals and staff.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, and vision insurance; pre-tax parking/transit allowance; 401(k) with discretionary match (typically 3%+); Paid time off and holidays.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of Oregon Family Law experience.

+ Strong case management and drafting skills.

+ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team collaboration abilities.

+ Proficiency with legal case management software.
