Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into internal systems using advanced typing and 10-key skills.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure data accessibility and security.

• Perform calculations and verify the accuracy of data entries to maintain high-quality standards.

• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a thorough and timely manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets.

• Scan, upload, and categorize documents to maintain organized records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and resolve discrepancies.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing data-related requests efficiently.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Proficient in 10-key typing with excellent accuracy and speed.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and processing data.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially for email correspondence.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations and data validation.

• Familiarity with scanning and file management systems.
