Description

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Director to lead financial operations and strategic planning for a multi-regional organization based in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive financial performance, streamline processes, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic financial partner to regional operations leadership, aligning financial goals with business objectives.

• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

• Facilitate communication between field operations and corporate finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Lead efforts to enhance financial planning processes, reducing cycle times and improving efficiency.

• Provide actionable insights through in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.

• Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Support regional site leaders by delivering tailored financial solutions and addressing their specific needs.

• Travel as needed to regional sites to strengthen relationships and oversee financial operations.

The salary range for this position is $127k to $172k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a match and 15 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, particularly within multi-site organizations.

• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Proficiency in financial systems such as Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Experience in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25-30% of the time.
