Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire | 100% Onsite

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Please note: Overtime may be required based on loan volumes and deadlines.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Originator to join our dynamic team at a fast-paced financial services company located downtown. This position is perfect for someone with previous loan processing or real estate experience who is familiar with loan paperwork and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Process and originate loans while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Review, organize, and maintain loan documents and client files.

Collaborate with borrowers, underwriters, and team members to meet deadlines and volume requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to the loan process.

Assist in handling occasional overtime demands based on loan volume and deadlines.

Qualification Requirements:

Previous loan processing experience, real estate experience, or a strong familiarity with loan documentation and compliance is required.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliability and strong work ethic.

A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, residential mortgages, or real estate.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data tracking and communication.

• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with residential mortgage lending and compliance regulations.
