    Key Responsibilities

    + Build relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs and present tailored product or service solutions.

    + Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions to develop a strong sales pipeline.

    + Present and demo products and services confidently to potential customers.

    + Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.

    + Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create a seamless customer experience.

    + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings to communicate value effectively.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

    + Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    + A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly.

    + Goal-oriented and eager to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

    + Team player with a customer-first mindset.

    + Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required — we offer plenty of training!
