We are looking for a Middle Office Portfolio Analyst to join our client's firm in the Twin Cities. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the operational aspects of a diverse credit investment portfolio, ensuring smooth execution of financial transactions and maintaining high standards of accuracy. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of a leading financial services organization.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Collaborate with investment professionals, legal, tax, treasury, and capital markets teams to facilitate the closing new investment transactions.

Oversee future funding and financing processes.

Review and analyze monthly reports across the portfolio to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate transaction exit activities to support efficient financial operations.

Establish new illiquid investment structures by entering deal attributes into systems or coordinating with administrators.

Record investment transaction data and prepare requests for cash movements between entities.

Manage cash flow activities for investment relationships.

Provide oversight and support for operational partners.

Prepare and coordinate periodic and ad hoc reports related to illiquid investments.

Collaborate with the global team to enhance investment data management and reporting processes, working closely with service providers to improve workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on CLO or investment operations.

• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with capital markets or related financial instruments is preferred.

• Experience working with legal documents such as assignments, certificates, repo participations, and indentures.

• Knowledge of CLO investment, lending, and loan servicing processes.

• Proficiency in cash forecasting and funding procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
