Description

Robert Half is excited to partner with a well-regarded boutique personal injury law firm in Encino in their search for a Litigation Paralegal on a contract-to-hire basis. If you’re a detail-oriented paralegal with 2+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience and are looking to advance your career in an engaging, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

+ Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.

+ Managing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining meticulous records.

+ Coordinating discovery, including document collection and production.

+ Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.

+ Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

+ Preparing trial binders and assisting with trial preparation.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ A minimum of 2+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience.

+ Strong knowledge of California state court procedures.

+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Proficient with legal research tools and litigation software.

+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

+ Paralegal certificate or equivalent education preferred.
