As a **Security Professional – Healthcare Patrol** in **Reno, NV** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents as needed, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and following visitor protocols as required by the location.

+ Support emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during evacuations or other urgent situations.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Nevada Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or security license is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
