Client Success Manager
Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations. We are looking for a RCM Client Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
+ Foster and develop strong client relationships.
+ Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
+ Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
+ Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
+ Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
+ Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
+ Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
+ Manage new client implementations.
+ Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
+ Participate in marketing and business development strategy.
Requirements:
+ 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
+ Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
+ Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
+ Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
+ Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
