As a **Security Officer - Front Desk** in **Bridgewater, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a financial institution setting, you will be stationed at the main entrance, greeting visitors and assisting with access control. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment for employees and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals entering the location, and respond promptly to any concerns. Pay Rate: $19.64 / Hour

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.

+ Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.

+ Communicate and coordinate with site management and emergency responders when appropriate.

+ Follow established procedures and protocols for handling packages, deliveries, and visitor check-ins.

+ Support efforts to help deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity within the premises.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have at least 1 year of security experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ New Jersey Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
