As a **Cleared Security Officer - Armed Airfield Patrol** in **San Antonio, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an armed patrol officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This is an armed post, and you may be required to drive as part of your duties. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. *Must have a active DOD Secret or higher security clearance to be considered*

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret

$29.00 / Hour - Top Secret

$38.38 / Hour - Yankee White

Job Schedule:

Day** **Time

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor for and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents within the aerospace and defense location.

+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.

+ Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ **A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.**

+ **Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.**

+ **An active DoD Secret or higher clearance is required.**

+ **Texas Security Armed Security Guard Card is preferred.**

+ **Be at least 21 years of age.**

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
