Job Summary
We’re looking for a high-agency FP&A Manager with the horsepower and hunger to influence strategic decisions, build scalable systems, and support executive-level planning at pace. This isn’t a maintenance finance role—this is a builder’s seat inside a fast-evolving, PE-backed business.

Responsibilities
+ Strategic Forecasting & Planning: Architect forward-looking models that shape GSI’s strategic direction.
+ Executive Decision Support: Deliver insights and board-level materials that drive real-time decisions.
+ Operational Finance Rigor: Analyze margin, pricing, COGS, and capital allocation.
+ Business Case Modeling: Quantify ROI and long-term value of new business initiatives.
+ Reporting & Scorecards: Design KPIs and dashboards that align teams.
+ Process and Systems Innovation: Lead improvements to financial systems and reporting.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
+ 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance in high-growth or operationally complex settings.
+ Deep proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
+ Experience in M&A and post-acquisition integration.
+ Superior communication and influence skills.
+ Strong project management with a bias for speed and execution.
+ Strategic prioritization and capability to make decisions and trade-offs
+ Adaptability in unfamiliar or constrained environments
+ Leadership and self-management
+ Bias toward ownership to drive outcomes

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cBfTcyP14SJaSVVV8) 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected base pay range for this position in the Denver, CO area is $114,000- $143,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
