JBS is seeking an hourly **PRODUCTION** **Team Member** ! Position starts at **$18.00** **per hour.**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ General labor must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.

+ Laborers must be able to concentrate on their tasks without distractions.

+ Operate heavy machinery.

+ Provide labor support to other areas.

+ Arriving at scheduled time, working where and as directed, and staying until work is done, or until supervisor and/or manager indicate work is done. Some overtime work may be scheduled and required.

+ Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them.

+ Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.

+ Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

+ Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work cooperation with others.

+ Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.

Qualifications

+ Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to **50** lb

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time

+ Additional qualifications as needed

Work Environment

The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures for majority of work shift. It may also require the use of sharp tools such as knives.
