    Overview

    **Position:** Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology/Pelvic Health - Lakeville, MN

    **Location:** 17305 Cedar Ave #110 Lakeville, MN

    **Schedule:** Monday-Friday (7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.) some early days and some later days

    **Compensation:** starting at $72,000 annual base

    Our Lakeville NovaCare outpatient center is seeking a physical therapist with a special interest in oncology and pelvic health to provide patient care on a full time basis. Our 2 PT, 1 OT center treats diverse patient populations, including ortho, neuro, vestibular/concussion, pelvic health, oncology, and specializes in areas such as dry needling and hand therapy. Caseload will be a mix of ortho and oncology.Ideal candidates would have interest/experience in pelvic health conditions as well.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

    + Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

    + Complete and maintain required trainings

    + Maintain compliance with government regulations

    + Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Outpatient orthopedic rotation if current student

    + Outpatient orthopedic experience in the last 5 years if licensed clinician

    + Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

    + Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certified

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience

    + Pelvic health interest/experience
