Position Overview
As the Vice President of Marketing Creative Design, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the companies’ digital, design, and creative output in support of growth and marketing activities following the brand guidelines established by the Company. This role is of an individual contributor.
Role Requirements:
+ Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs supporting marketing campaigns (omnichannel) in digital, print, and in-person events
+ Leads the design function including protecting the company brand, translating value propositions into high-impact content, and establishing digital, non-digital and event channel presences
+ Lead the delivery of high-quality design work, and promote fast iteration
+ Play an active leadership role in our business development process, supporting the development of capability presentations
Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Growth/Marketing, Omnichannel, Medical Comms, Market Access, and Consulting teams
Preferred Qualifications
+ 10-12 years of marketing and/or Design experience
+ Demonstrated track record of successfully leading the marketing function
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience highly desirable
+ Ability to present, influence and defend communications strategies with executive management
+ Exceptional writing ability and design acumen.
+ Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and from departments throughout the company.
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and generate creative and pragmatic solutions.
+ Inquisitive personality, someone who sees a data point and wants to understand everything that influences it.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
+ Excellent communication and persuasion skills- able to convincingly sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, prospects, sales team and analysts.
+ Self- sufficiency- Identify solutions and strategic direction despite high degrees of ambiguity and uncertainty.
+ Multi-tasking and agility: Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully execute projects under a heavy workload and changing conditions is critical
+ Experience managing creative teams
Salary range : $220,000 - $255,000
The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
