Accounts Receivable Support Specialist

**Adecco** is seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Specialist focused on Quality Assurance! You’ll review credit department calls and cases (85% QA), plus support exciting improvement projects. Work remotely with flexible time zones.
**Pay Rate** : $19.50 /Hr
**Location:** Raleigh, NC/Remote any State in the US.
**Shift** : Mon-Fri 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
**Type:** Temp
Responsibilities:
+ Monitor calls, chats & Salesforce cases for quality and policy compliance
+ Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for tracking and reporting
+ Help improve processes and support AR cleanup projects
+ Provide feedback to supervisors and help coach the team
**Minimum Requirements** :
+ 1-4 years QA experience (call center experience a big plus)
+ Strong Excel skills & familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, PeopleSoft a bonus
+ Bilingual (Spanish or French) a plus but not required
+ Great communicator, customer-focused, and self-motivated

**Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour
