Responsibilities for a Junior Human Resources Assistant include but are not limited to:
+ Support the HR team with **administrative and coordination tasks** .
+ Run, review, and interpret **HR data reports** to support business insights and tracking.
+ Coordinate logistics for **HR programs, training sessions, and employee events** .
+ Manage and update content on the **HR intranet or internal web pages** .
Candidates for Junior Human Resources Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
+ **Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish** . Portuguese is a plus.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (data entry, basic formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.

**Pay Details:** $31.00 per hour
