A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Sr. Director, Global Integrity & Compliance at MKS, you will partner with functions across the enterprise to promote a strong culture of integrity by developing and implementing global Integrity & Compliance policies and procedures and overseeing internal investigations. In this role, you will report to the SVP, Divisional General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Developing strategic plans, making recommendations to the CCO; designing/implementing annual compliance plan, including training.
+ Leading compliance program monitoring to identify process gaps, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans, and oversee implementation of corrective actions
+ Performing regular reviews and updates to Integrity & Compliance policies and programs, including Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Gift, and Data Privacy policies, and oversee related communication efforts
+ Promoting a culture of integrity and compliance through awareness initiatives.
+ Overseeing internal investigations in coordination with the Legal, Internal Audit and Human Resources departments.
+ Being hands-on with a bias for action and being flexible to meet the needs of our rapidly growing company.
+ Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
Skills You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher
+ 10+ years of relevant investigation, compliance and/or legal experience.
+ At least 3 years of management experience required
+ Ability to work independently, utilizing deep knowledge in a range of ethics related regulations and best practices, including data privacy
+ Strong leadership and influencing capability and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment
+ Strong written and presentation skills for both internal and external communications, including executive-level
+ Adept at synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders
+ Highly motivated team player with the ability to be flexible, resilient and curious
+ High level of professionalism and ability to ensure that confidentiality is strictly maintained, enabling employees with ethics-related concerns to raise them without fear of retaliation
Preferred Skills:
+ Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and/or JD a plus.
+ Auditing experience helpful

+ Perform activities such as sitting, standing or typing for extended periods of time

+ Must be able to exchange accurate information

Compensation and Benefits:
+ Salary Pay Range: $230k - $250K per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
+ Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
