We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves overseeing the daily upkeep of two small properties—one in Lebanon, KY, and the other in Springfield, KY. Key responsibilities of the Property Maintenance Technician include maintaining clean and well-kept grounds, ensuring trash is regularly picked up, and performing a variety of tasks within the units, such as painting, cleaning vacant units, and making necessary repairs. These repairs may include, but are not limited to, drywall, plumbing, small electrical fixes, and general maintenance.

Additionally, the Property Maintenance T echnician will coordinate monthly pest control services with an external vendor. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs or more and ensures the safety of residents by keeping sidewalks clear of snow and ice during the winter months.

+ Marion Centennial Apts. - 560 Maple Street, Lebanon, KY 40033 ( 28 units)

+ Springdale Apts. - 109 Armory Hill, Springfield, KY 40069 (24 units)

+ Job Type : Full Time ( 32 hours per week)

+ Work Schedule: 8: 0 0 AM to 2 : 0 0 PM ( Monday-Friday ) + on-call

+ Compensation : $ 1 8 . 0 0 per hour , plus m onthly cell phone reimbursement of $100

+ Sign-On Bonus: $500 ( Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of one year of experience in property or apartment maintenance required .

+ Proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.

+ Basic computer skills .

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .

+ Availability for after-hours emergencies .

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders .

+ Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check .
