As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage the production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, timely delivery of products, and adherence to quality standards. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving operational excellence, optimizing production processes, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet customer demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards

+ Train, mentor, and develop production team members

+ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in production supervision or a related role

+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
