    Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative who will play a critical role in our sales team. This position involves presenting and selling our products to both current and potential customers, establishing new customer accounts, and maintaining customer profiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotes, processing purchase orders, and providing product media to assist customers. A strong understanding of our product offerings and independent discretion in decision-making are essential to succeed in this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.

    + Establish new customer accounts and obtain customer profiles.

    + Prepare quotes and maintain related files.

    + Process customer purchase orders efficiently.

    + Provide drawings and other forms of product media to assist customers.

    + Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge.

    + Generate new prices using pricing method tools.

    + Enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details.

    + Exercise independent discretion and judgment on significant matters related to job responsibilities.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with purchase orders.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

    + Strong knowledge of customer service processes and operation methods.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to handle multiple job functions simultaneously.

    + Capability to work independently and establish priorities with minimal supervision.

    + Good organizational skills.

    + Professional appearance and positive company image.

    + Good interpersonal and human interaction skills.

    + Self-motivated and eager to learn and expand knowledge.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

    + Inside Sales experience within a manufacturing industry ideal

    Work Environment

    The work environment is an open pit style with plenty of parking, a nice kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. The location is campus-style, fostering a collaborative and engaging atmosphere.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
