As a key member of the Coworker Services (HR) team, the Coworker Relations BP provides strategic guidance and support on associate relations matters including performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, and compliance. This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive engagement, and support organizational initiatives. Responsibilities include coaching managers, conducting workplace investigations, analyzing trends, and ensuring consistent application of company policies. Travel may be required.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
+ 4 years of business-facing human resources experience, preferably as a generalist, in a population of 500+ coworkers.
+ Intermediate to advanced level experience with Excel, including v-lookup and pivot tables.
+ Proficiency with PC skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ PeopleSoft and Workday experience, PHR or SPHR certification
+ Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment
The role requires working in the office two days a week, with training conducted in the office during the first week. The team is part of Coworker Services (Employee Relations) and is known for its strong and fun dynamics, flexible management, empowering culture, and ample opportunities for growth and development.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
