We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across office services, mailroom logistics, and conference room support. Responsibilities
+ Handle delivery and pickup of USPS and accountable mail, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and messenger services.
+ Distribute incoming packages and print work throughout office floors.
+ Process all outgoing mail and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies.
+ Assist staff with mail and shipping protocols.
+ Support confidential document shredding in line with company policy.
+ Set up and maintain conference rooms for meetings and events.
+ Monitor and replenish office supplies, including paper, toner, and pantry items.
+ Operate high-speed multi-function devices (MFDs) for large-volume print jobs.
+ Perform quality checks on all print work to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain and service coffee and ice machines.
+ Distribute firm-wide communications and signage as needed.
+ Prepare workstations for new hires and provide reception desk coverage when required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 2+ years of professional office experience.
+ Familiarity with copier, fax, FedEx, and postage machines.
+ Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Highly organized and capable of working independently.
Work Environment
Working within an office environment, you will assist the team with all administrative functions, including working at the receptionist desk, handling mail and postage both inbound and outbound, assisting with event setup, and greeting clients and vendors as they approach. You will be part of a team that values efficiency and client satisfaction, contributing to a workplace that supports strategic business decisions and creates positive experiences for all.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
