Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay: $24/hr. - $30/hr.

A global organization leading the financial services industry since 1975, is currently hiring for an AP Specialist to support the corporate AP group with daily AP

functions such as high-volume invoice processing, 3-way match and invoice analysis. An ideal candidate must have in depth knowledge of the full cycle

accounts payable process and have great attention to detail to resolve complex invoice issues.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Accounts Payable processing within Oracle Cloud

+ High volume invoice processing

+ Three-way match

+ Supplier invoice analysis

+ AP exception research and remediation

+ Identify the accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoices

+ Initiate supplier payments

+ Create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs within Microsoft Excel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
