Pay: $18.50–$32.00/hour, depending on experience

Overview:

As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating lasting, positive impressions. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about animals, and values compassionate, attentive service. This is an opportunity to help us strengthen client relationships and support the well-being of pets through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing check-in/check-out processes

+ Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable

+ Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently

+ Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client outreach

+ Present and explain service fees, and process payments

+ Recommend and assist with the purchase of products and services, including prescription refills

+ Educate clients on general pet care topics (e.g., flea/tick prevention, housebreaking, heartworm prevention)

+ Accurately maintain and organize medical records, charts, and correspondence

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Excellent communication and active listening skills

+ A compassionate approach toward both pets and their people

+ Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to learn and apply new information quickly

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in conditions involving pet-related allergens, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and waste
