Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Planning.
The primary responsibility of this role is to be a key resource to leadership in Finance, TFSC management, and Japan Staff. It will support the creation of executive-level presentations including conceptualizing the framework, messaging, content, and visuals to align with the targeted audience and agenda.
Reporting to the Manager – Corporate FP&A, the person in this role will support the Finance department's objective to ensure correct management reporting and forecast company performance to guide management in decision making.
What you’ll be doing
Generate comprehensive income statement and balance sheet projections by managing the consolidated financial planning and reporting activities for TFS US
Support the creation of executive-level presentations, conceptualizing the framework, messaging, content, and visuals to target audience
Stay on top of current automotive & financial services industry trends and connect how it impacts the company’s business
Assist in evaluating the company’s overall performance relative to other competitors in the industry (finance captives, OEMs, banks)
Schedule and manage the company’s monthly performance results meeting to the finance team, including management
What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting Business or related field or equivalent years of experience (should be +4 yrs if no Bachelor’s degree)
Progressive finance and business experience in financial services industry
Experience in utilizing an enterprise reporting or planning application including but not limited to Hyperion Planning, HRF, SAP, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to verbal and written communication, ability to analyze and connect data points, and ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
Added bonus if you have
Higher level degree such as an MBA.
Certification such as CPA
Experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM
Previous experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
