Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/dominican) is seeking a Pulmonology and Critical Care (Pulm/CC) Physician to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, physician-led group focused on clinical excellence and community impact.
Opportunity Highlights
+ Full-time position blending outpatient pulmonology and ICU critical care
+ Treat a wide range of pulmonary conditions including COPD, ILD, and sleep disorders

What We Offer

+ Salary Range: $426,775 annually + productivity incentives
+ Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40k

Qualifications
+ MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
+ California medical license (or ability to obtain)

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-based, patient-focused environment
