Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican** **is seeking a full-time** **Rheumatologist** **to join our practice in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual rheumatology practice within a collegial, mission-driven, and multidisciplinary team.
Opportunity Highlights
+ Independent, full-scope rheumatology practice within a multispecialty group
+ Diagnose and manage a wide range of autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, including RA, lupus and osteoporosis
+ Collaborate with a team of internal medicine and specialty providers for comprehensive patient care
+ Participate in clinical education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives

What We Offer

+ **Salary Range** : $309,214.00 annually + productivity incentives

Qualifications
+ MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Rheumatology (ABMS or AOA)
+ Ability to practice autonomously as a solo rheumatologist
+ California medical license (or ability to obtain)
+ Passion for building programs and leading with clinical excellence
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-based, patient-focused environment
